Call our incident room on 020 – 626 21 21. You can reach us 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. (Between 23.00 and 08.00 hours only for emergencies.)
Please note that not all volunteers speak (well) English.

Requests for help with/for animals (alive or dead) can only be reported by telephone to our incident room, not via e-mail or social media. E-mails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are not read by our incident room staff.
Information about identification of (possible) your vet
If you think that we may have transported up your pet, but you’re not sure, please call us on 020 – 626 21 21. You can also make an appointment with our staff to come to the Animal Ambulance to see if the animal we picked up is your (missing) pet.
