June

Herewith a small sample of our many adventures:

Clamp

Boots jumped into the ditch and got his paw stuck in a muskrat trap. Someone heard him squealing and called the fire brigade who freed him from the clamp.
We quickly drove to the vet.
The boss informed that fortunately it ended well.
Brooch

No, you are not a brooch.
This weakened swift was transported in a carrier anyway.

Sponsor run

The children of primary school De Bron, De Catamaran and Westerparkschool raised no less than €5658.36 for...us! (Later the amount turned out to have risen to over €7000,-) We went -by ambulance, of course- to collect this wonderful amount. Many thanks!

Creative

As animal rescuers, we often have to get creative. In a rum factory outlet, there was a nest of newborn birds. With a forklift, we were able to reach the little birds before they were to be smoked.

Pigeon

With as many as 3693 rides for pigeons in 2023, the pigeon is our biggest customer.
They are huge fun and yes, so we also drive for pigeons.

Lexie

Lexie had secretly taken the paws. Lexie was thought to be a puppy, but turned out to be 12 years old. We have reunited our young soul with his master!
