Vacancies

We cannot exist without the people who work for all animals.
Several years ago, we made the strategic choice to have the executive work done by volunteers supported by a small staff of paid employees. That way, we can still provide high-quality services at relatively low cost.
Volunteers work on the ambulance or in the control room. The paid staff ensure that the volunteers can do their work. This includes accounting, fundraising and training.

Internships

We are often asked by pupils and students if they can do an internship with us. Unfortunately, due to the ferocity of our rides, we are forced to decline. For example, we may end up with a deceased person where we have to pick up the cat, a badly injured animal and with deceased animals that are already in decomposition. All intense rides that can leave too deep an impression on children.

Very occasionally, we offer an opportunity to do a social internship. These internships focus on fundraising. For example, students learned to get materials sponsored from companies, such as birdhouses and an insect hotel, with the aim of making our premises and grounds more sustainable.
