Control room dispatcher

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt

En dat niet alleen. De taken van een centralist zijn zo veelzijdig en uitdagend.
Wat je o.a. gaat doen: 

  • De telefoon beantwoorden, goed doorvragen, advies geven en doorverwijzen;
  • Meldingen doorvoeren in ons systeem;
  • De ambulances aansturen, zodat je collega's op de ambulances de dieren zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk hulp kunnen bieden;
  • Dieren die binnengebracht worden onderzoeken en verzorgen;
  • Een eigenaar van een overleden dier een waardig afscheid geven door het afscheid te begeleiden.

Samenwerken

We ask

  • Min 21 years and education at min MBO level
  • Inzetbaarheid van min. 20 uur per maand (met voorkeur in de weekenden)
  • A commitment of min. one year
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Day shift: 09:00 - 18:00
    (half shifts possible)
  • Evening service: 6pm - 11pm
  • Night shift: 23.00 - 09.00

Training

  • Inwerken op meldkamer (let op: dit is doordeweeks)
  • Introduction course via E-learning and practical lessons

  • Animal first aid course by vets from Dierenkliniek de Wetering
  • Further training

Vooral nachtdiensten zijn bijzonder: er heerst een bepaalde rust en tegelijk is het een zeer uitdagende dienst!
